How Ofloxacin + Ketorolac Works Ofloxacin + Ketorolac is a combination of two medicines: Ofloxacin and Ketorolac, which treat eye infections. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by preventing bacterial cells from dividing and repairing. Ketorolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation, including redness and swelling, in the eye.
