Salicylic acid is a keratolytic medication that reduces oil production in the skin, sloughs away dead skin cells, replenishes the skin, and keeps the pores open. Urea provides hydration to smooth the skin's texture and helps reduce the buildup of dead skin cells.

Common side effects of Salicylic Acid and Urea include application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness.

- Before applying Salicylic Acid + Urea, wash the area with a medicated face wash and water, then gently dry it with a towel.
- Apply Salicylic Acid + Urea to the entire area where acne is present, not just to individual acne spots.
- Avoid contact with the eyes, nose, and genitals. In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Salicylic Acid + Urea may increase skin sensitivity to sunlight; use protective measures such as sunscreen or protective clothing.
- Inform your doctor if you notice unusual dryness, redness, or peeling of the skin.
- Do not apply to open wounds or irritated skin.
- Do not use urea in large amounts or for a longer duration than recommended.
- Continue treatment for as long as prescribed by your doctor.
